V4NUE RoutefieldFive reviewed module paths converge through a compatibility gate into one root hook, which binds to a single pool key. A Uniswap v4 pool has exactly one hook address.

A hook cannot be added to a pool that already exists

The hook address is part of the PoolKey, so it is part of the pool’s identity. No migration changes that. V4NUE creates a new hook-enabled v4 pool for an existing market, then helps onboard liquidity and routing. Anything that implies otherwise is wrong at the protocol level, not merely imprecise.

Modules

Every entry below is code without a deployed address. This repository has never broadcast a transaction, so none of these is a live market and none is presented as one.

4 further modules are withheld: their working codenames are pending a rename decision, and publishing a name then withdrawing it is worse than waiting.
